Project overview

From identified need to working solution

Restaurants and hotels can face congestion at peak hours, limited waiter availability and delays caused by manual order processing.

This project explores a restaurant automation system using waiter robots. Each robot can have a thematic character while being built to entertain guests and serve food.

Different linear mechanisms and character concepts are being evaluated on a single prototype platform.
