A flexible hydraulic machine for forming varied sheet-metal profiles up to approximately 3 mm thickness.
Local sheet-metal applications often require many different profiles, while the required shape is not always standardised. This creates a need for a flexible machine that can automate forming and bending for varying demands.
The upper portion of the machine is fitted with a required profile die. After the job sheet is attached to the fixture, hydraulic pressure forms the required profile on the sheet.
The machine is intended for sheet-metal thicknesses of up to approximately 3 millimetres.
